We are Proceed, a 6 piece band based in Hertfordshire. Our music is a mix of metal, emo and post hardcore, full of heavy melodic infusions. We play gigs locally (although we're looking to go further afield) and record our own demos. Last year we finished recording our first album 'Mirror Blind', available via our myspace site.
