Rita’s passion has always been for singing, and her love of country music started way back when she was a child. Rita collaborated with Lyn Sheppard, a songwriter and producer in Derbyshire and “This Is Not Imagination” can be found on Rita’s album “Tribute to Ladies of Country”. Rita’s now working with songwriter John Holt from North Wales, The collaboration with John is exactly what Rita feels she needed to explore and achieve her dream of writing her own album. Rita says, "I'm so excited about this venture. It's very rewarding and encouraging to have my lyrics put to melody and to then record them.
