RICE was formed early in the cold winter of 1999, by outgoing, outrageous and outspoken front-person VANHORN. Playing weekly and bi-weekly gigs means much of RICE's new material (and believe me, there is always something new) is learned "on-the-fly". This tests the improvisational skills of his cohorts. VANHORN, an improvisational actor himself, bravely soldiers on.
